Bodyshaping Boot Camp
New and Improved! Well after 25 bootcamps and watching dozens of people change their lives and their bodies we are making some changes too. To wrap up the summer we are introducing Version 2 of our popular Bodyshaping Boot Camp. This shorter and more intense V.2 will be only six weeks and will combine our traditional mix of cardio kickboxing, resistance training and nutritional counseling with some amped up classes. We're planning workouts with free weights, stability balls and body weight resistance. If you feel like your body may have hit a plateau or you're looking for a lot of variety in your workout then this might be the time to step it up. BBC V.2 is still acceptable for all fitness levels so don't be afraid if you haven't worked out before. You'll find our group is supportive, fun and helps encourage progress. Call now because we may have to limit class size due to the new format.

You know the answer to losing weight and living healthier. In today's world we hear everyday how we need to eat right and exercise. If it was so easy then everyone would be doing it already. Well there is a lot in today's society that sets us up to fail. Fad diets, humongous portions, hidden ingredients, confusing labels are part of the dietary mine field we have to work our way through. Add to that our hectic schedules, multiple responsibilities and crazy social lives and there is no wonder that we don't exercise.

Well this program helps you change all of that. If you can commit 6 weeks of your life to our Bodyshaping Boot Camp then we're sure when you get to the end of the program you'll automatically eat better meals and more appropriate portions. You'll realize that you feel great when you workout and actually feel bad when you don't. You'll probably lose weight (almost everyone has) but you'll definitely tone up, gain muscle and feel a difference in the way your clothes fit.

The toughest part of this program is the same as any other program you've ever begun...getting started! But the difference is that when you make this 6-week commitment we'll be there with you along with your other "boot campers" and we'll all work together to make it through. The group support is so important in this program that we have people who have learned the principles of nutrition and exercise but they continue to sign up for additional 10-week sessions for the support, camaraderie and accountability that comes from being part of a small group.

What to expect-This program combines exercise classes, a nutritional plan and group support. Exercise is comprised of three of our Cardio Kickboxing classes per week and three resistance training classes per week. The resistance is provided by elastic bands with varying degrees of tension, free weights, or your own body weight. Wear light, comfortable workout clothes comprised of a shirt and shorts to either class. For the resistance band classes wear athletic shoes. The class is monitored by Teresa Biles who has taught multiple sessions of this program and is a certified nurse practitioner.
